Increase Focus with Aromatherapy

In addition to her work providing feedback and editing recommendations for researchers and academics as the head editor for The Academic Editors, Zulfiya Tchaikovsky has a strong interest in metaphysics and alternative medicine. Zulfiya Tchaikovsky earned a degree in Ayurvedic treatments, which include healing with aromatherapy.

Aromatherapy is based on the Vedic principle that smells can have a profound effect on the human body and many aspects of organ function. A group of essential oils known as nootropics are highly recommended for stimulating brain areas associated with focus, mental clarity, and concentration.

The aroma molecules in scents such as peppermint or rosemary activate the brain’s limbic system, which is associated with learning and memory. Citric oils such as grapefruit can also energize the brain and boost motivation. Other oils such as lavender and vetiver oil increase concentration by reducing anxiety. These oils can be placed topically on the temples or diffused using an oil burner or steamer.

What Is Isha Yoga?

Away from her work perfecting dissertations and research papers, Zulfiya Tchaikovsky is a devotee of Isha yoga. In the past, Zulfiya Tchaikovsky has volunteered with the Isha Foundation, which is based in Southeast India.

Founded by master yogi Jaggi Vasudev, the Isha Foundation is the headquarters of a spiritual movement that includes the practice of Isha yoga. Isha yoga, which translates to “the formless divine,” promotes spiritual, physical, and mental well-being through a combination of yoga poses and meditative reflection.

In addition to hosting multiday seminars at its Yoga Center in Coimbatore, India, Isha yoga instructors deliver group classes in corporate settings all over the world. According to Vasudev, beginners are introduced to the program with gentle hatha yoga poses and are gradually taught more advanced yoga forms.

Isha yoga aims to reconcile ancient spirituality with modern-day concerns. The Inner Engineering program offers tools to boost productivity, lower stress, and improve satisfaction in work and personal relationships.

Gardening in the Southwestern United States

A resident of Chandler, Arizona, Zulfiya Tchaikovsy is a former middle school science teacher who now maintains a position as principal of research paper editing and proofreading firm The Academic Editors. In her free time, Zulfiya Tchaikovsky enjoys gardening, which comes with a unique set of challenges in the desert regions of the Southwestern United States.

Individuals in states like Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas need to contend with conditions such as extreme heat and drought when gardening, setting limits for the plants that can be grown in the region. Watering needs to be done in the early hours of the morning so that weather is cool enough for the water to penetrate the soil, rather than evaporating in the heat before it can reach plants’ roots. An additional concern for desert gardeners is the amount of sunlight plants receive. While many garden varieties require at least six to eight hours of full sunlight in a day, the desert climate can make the average six to eight hours too much for some plants.

Certain heat-sensitive plants will have difficulty growing in a Southwest climate, but other vegetables and plants do well with plentiful sun and a conservative amount of water. In the warm season, desert gardeners may find that tomatoes, peppers, beans, and eggplants grow well. In the cool season, the Southwest is a great location to grow vegetables such as carrots, radishes, peas, broccoli, and turnips.

Zulfiya Tchaikovsky has continually worked to further her education, ultimately accumulating five degrees including a master of science from Orenburg State Pedagogical Institute, an AA and an MA in business administration from American InterContinental University, and most recently a Doctor of Business Administration from Walden University in 2016. In addition to her business degrees, Zulfiya Tchaikovsky earned a master’s in metaphysical sciences from the University of Metaphysical Sciences.

The University of Metaphysical Sciences was founded to offer education and professionalism within the field of metaphysics. The university is a not-for-profit, distance learning school that permits students to study at their own pace.

The university offers both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in metaphysics, metaphysical sciences, and divinity. Additionally, the university offers doctoral degrees in metaphysics, metaphysical sciences, holistic life coaching, and several divinities. Generally, the bachelor’s takes a minimum of six months to achieve and the master’s takes a minimum of four months. Students are not eligible to enroll in the doctorate program until they have earned their bachelor’s and master’s degrees and have been at the university for at least one year.

The university curriculum includes a wide variety of courses. At the bachelor’s level, courses are offered in meditation, hypnosis, world religions, Christian mysticism, witchcraft, channeling skills, and psychic skills, among others. The master’s curriculum contains more advanced courses including but not limited to metaphysical technologies, death and dying, yoga, hypnosis, astral projection, lucid dreaming, and career-skills courses. The doctorate program offers students the opportunity to research and write a dissertation in their chosen metaphysical field.

In addition to a well-rounded spiritual education, a University of Metaphysical Sciences degree offers students the credentials to support a career as a spiritual counselor or life coach, spiritual healer, motivational speaker, psychic, metaphysical church leader, or metaphysical author. Those who achieve a master’s also receive a practitioner’s certificate from Wisdom of the Heart Church, which is required in some states for certain counseling and healing practices.
